Waisted - Waist Beads

Waist beads have cultural and spiritual significance in various African and Middle Eastern traditions. Modernly, they are often worn for aesthetic reasons, rites of passage, or as symbols of femininity and fertility. In some spiritual practices, waist beads are believed to possess protective or mystical properties enhancing the wearers energy, and connecting them to their spirituality.  Specific meanings can vary among different cultures, individuals, and backgrounds.
